Ruined King: A League of Legends Story™

Riot Forge having been shut down is a real shame. We may never see another standalone experience like Ruined King set within the League of Legends universe. Even if you're a complete newbie, the game brings its characters to life in ways actually greater than the way they've been portrayed in League itself. The dialogue is thoughtful and the visuals really strike a chord, while the turn-based combat is seemingly somewhat trivial yet engaging when playing around with team comps. This title is truly something special and could have deserved a star more.

Voice acting spectacular, art beautiful, combat pretty good, music incredible. What do you mean we get so many cutscenes that the game was practically a movie? I got the game because.... Ahri and Miss Fortune but you don't even need to know anything about League to play this game. Very addicting to play. You can't get tired of it (except maybe the teleport option and you mostly have to walk a lot).

If you like the characters and the world from the league of legends universe and you like turn based games, this can't miss.

If this is a first step into a larger and more expansive world for LoL games then it checks all the boxes and does everything right. It has a decent cast of familiar characters, simple and effective combat system, good music and art style, and it brings that unique League of Legends art style into a more explorable stage. Look forward to future entries that slowly build on and add more roleplaying elements.

if you like league of legends, you'll probably enjoy this. i liked the game a lot more when it forced you to include certain members in your party and you had to build your team around them. i wish that certain characters got a little more story to them but other than that i really enjoyed the lore as you don't get too much just playing league of legends. really cool art too.

what a game all i can say i thought i would not spend this time on the game i spent 48 hours and still happy finished it 9 or 10 i rate it

Not really into League lore but this has some interesting turnbased combat and some nice art.

If League of Legends was single-player, we'd probably have the cure for cancer by now.
