TL;DR: Unique, short game that requires you to pay attention to truly enjoy it. Unsettling, interesting, and immersive, this game really stuck with me. I understand why some people did not like this game. It is pretty short, it is a "walking simulator," and the story is subtle enough to miss a lot of details on your first play through. That being said, I thought it was a unique experience and I would definitely recommend it. The sound design alone is worth the price of admission: the music and ambiance is incredible. Once I played through again and started looking into theories, I realized how many little clues are sprinkled throughout the game. It explains just enough to have an idea of what happened and what is going on, but still leaves a lot open to interpretation. I understand why some people did not like it, and it really is not for everyone. But the story and the sound really stuck with me, and I will be thinking about this game for awhile.

I am not sure I understood this game. That being said, the design, sound, and environments were cool. Because I didn't quite get it, I am curious to try it again and see if I can glean more. I am recommending it because it's one of those strange titles that are neat to stumble upon.

This game is very well done. They nailed the aesthetic with what i can only describe as a blend of pixel art and ps1 graphics. It's short, but that's partly because it plays like a movie. I feel like it's screaming for a chapter 2, or for this girl's story to be referenced in a longer game set in the same universe. To the devs, In a sequel, I would ask that you bridge the scenes together with gameplay. I want to walk out of the apartment, get in the car, and drive away; then later, pull off the interstate, park, and walk in/out of the gas station. If you bring the aliens back, i want to shoot one and get abducted. Maybe talk to another couple of crazy people that watched too many tapes. Again, i think you guys proved you can do all of it very well, looking forward to what comes next.

I thought I knew what I was getting into with this game, a short (2 hour) artistic piece, what I got instead was a pretentious 30 minute long mess. Maybe a third of that time is driving scenes, you sit in the car, you can move that car left and right, but you are on rails. You can argue that it sets a mood, a dream like liminal experience (a moment of time that is betwixt and between) familiar to anyone that has been on a long car ride. That certainly wouldnt be off base, but its also utterly unnecessary to do that three times. I guess that is the core issue, it's artsy, but seems unnecessarily so at the expense of itself. Why is it cryptic and nonlinear, does that really improve the experience, was that choice made to better explore the seemingly nonexistant themes or message? Instead of playing this game just watch the movie "Mulholland Drive"
