7/10 decent enough top down tactical (ish) mech combat game, slightly mired by bad translations and truly hamstrung by a pretty terrible UI. The difficulty curve is set pretty well, but the mech customisation is a bit stale by the end, unless you are a fan of JRPG levelling by increment. I wouldn't by it outside of a sale and nor will I play through again for the true ending, but I had fun with it. P.S contains mild fan service and anime tropes, because even in war, there is time for the beach and hot springs!

Despite looking like a gacha, it isnt. In fact, it's a surprisingly good, if simple, top down mech game. The combat itself is fantastic, but you tend to have way too many weapons to handle. Your AI allies can obviously handle em all, but are rigid in tactics and don't dodge shots. As such, most mobile tactics, such as flanking attacks, are only good if you do it yourself and have your buddies follow you, otherwise they'll just stick to the gates or bumrush the enemy and get surrounded.

Legitimately one of the most fun and interesting games I have played in years. A more polished translation would be nice, but honestly isn't even needed. Wonderful game.
