I wanted to like this one, but the bad outweighs the good. If the game doesn’t want to have a map, fine, but the game could not load environments in the distance. So what am I supposed to do then? I set the distance to Epic and it still was terrible. In one way, the game has a nice art style, but at the same time, the design of some of the characters is so drab that I had trouble finding characters just because of how easily they blended into the environment. I spent a good hour just trying to find that stupid Hamster and also the brown rabbit. I walked past them so many times, but they just blended right in. The game was a little glitchy. I clipped through the map a couple of times. After most of the dialogue encounters with NPC’s, my character was frozen and couldn’t move. It’s not a glitch, but man, the water design in this is so lame. There is no point to it. It doesn’t even slow you down when running through it. The game consists of really only two things: running in circles and long moments of dialogue that really aren’t that engaging. Even at a low completion time, it became pretty repetitive. Also the ending is so incredibly anticlimactic that it felt like the devs either couldn’t afford or just didn’t want to bother animating a large bear, so they just yada yada’d the ending. Maybe on its own this game is a little more tolerable, but Lil Gator Game does everything this game does to a much better degree.

The entire premise of this game is bringing cute letters to cute characters, that being said, delivering said letters doesn't really contribute much to the actual ending (other then having to earn badges). Its cute and cozy, its a very pretty game but I needed something..... more. plot? more gameplay? idk. Its a cute cozy game, but I would be mad if I had paid full price for it.

I was searching for a cute mail delivery game after playing through Lake a few months ago. Things move at an unrushed pace in this game and there's world exploration with unique characters to meet that have *personalities* and cute, often amusing back stories. While it's not a time management game and there's no pressure in that way, the aspects of climbing up very tall structures (hoping not to fall off) and gliding over/down to various locations in the world was a bit frustrating at times, particularly because there was no map. I got lost and circled around for prolonged periods of time, which gave me thoughts of wanting to turn the game off. I like the game. It's charming and the characters have life, but something is missing. I think sometimes I expected more objects in the world to be interactive, like I figured I'd be able to knock on house doors/ring doorbells to get villagers to come get their delivery. Or maybe I could choose to leave the mail at the door and carry on. Overall, the graphics are nice and I like the concept. It's just not quite cozy enough for me. A map and maybe checkpoints that could be teleported to once visited, would be helpful to take a bit of pressure, which I want to avoid, out of the equation.

A cute short game, with fun characters and nice little stories.

I have mixed feelings about this game. In the beginning, I really disliked it -- I thought the camera jerked around a lot, a lot of things/items seemed incredibly difficult or impossible to get, and the lack of a map meant I was CONSTANTLY getting lost. I kind of fixed those problems throughout the game -- I got used to the camera thing and adjusted some settings and, as you gain patches, you are able to jump/glide further -- but I still wish there was a map, since even while 100%ing the game I was getting lost. Overall, cute and fun. Know what you're getting into. It's not a bad game, just not as good as A Short Hike. Still, it's so clear that so much love went into this game, which is why it gets a recommend from me. TL;DR: Cute game, wish there was a map. You should do the letter quests in the order you get them, probably, since I had some trouble navigating.

a game about a cutie patootie delivering letters and talking to animals and floating around like a dandelion.

While the premise of the game is adorable, and the artstyle is really cute and endearing, I've ended up requesting a refund for this game. Gameplay feels glitchy, and the game overall feels unfinished and lackluster, even though I know there has to have been such a passion behind such a cute idea like this. Aside from that, the lack of a map, or a marker, a compass, a hint in the quest, anything at all really, made the game impossible to enjoy for me. I get the appeal of wandering around aimlessly, but the lack of pointers or any form of guidance made it less 'wandering and exploring a cute world' and more 'getting lost constantly with nothing to gain from it', which would be less of a problem if the game didn't have the other issues, or at least some more content. The game just feels... empty.

It's a nice game, but there's not much to it. You just run around going from point A to point B constantly. I'd only buy this game if it was on sale for $5.

My biggest complaint with this game, is the lack of a map. I felt like I was aimlessly going around for so long. Anything, a map, an arrow, or any kind of hint would've been lovely on the task page. But I had a really hard time navigating this game in the beginning. I love the style, and everything else about it. But the navigation really killed the meaning and enjoyment for me. I give it a solid 6/10, but the play-ability of the game makes me not recommend it.

I absolutely love this game. Though it does have a few cons, I'm going to discuss the pros of this game first. -The game is absolutely BURSTING with charm. From the cottagecore aesthetic and the dialogue, to the amount of collectables and characters you can talk to. -Speaking of collectables, THEY'RE EVERYWHERE! If you like collecting stuff in games like me, they can be hard to find, but not too hard that you'd need a guide or you'd have to waste your time running around in circles. -The art style is adorable. I don't think I need to elaborate considering you've seen the steam page and determined that. Now, I want to take a moment to acknowledge some cons about the game as well. -The game is pretty short. I was able to beat the game, collect everything, and get all the achievements within 2 hours of playtime. And while that's not a bad thing in itself for me personally, it can be for some people, especially for the price. Speaking of the price, -While the game is short and sweet, I don't think it justifies paying 20 bucks for the game. I did purchase this when it was on sale, but when I completed the game and looked back at the price, I really don't think it's worth 20 bucks alone. Maybe 10 in my opinion. But I also want to acknowledge that this is also an indie game, so I'm not gonna bash too hard for it being the price it's set, especially in a competitive gaming market such as this one. - Lastly, another thing that I've seen is a few glitches and graphical issues, such as the draw distance not being the best and a couple buggy features. Overall, I do recommend the game, but I also recommend you snag it when it's on sale for the best experience. I hope they add some kind of DLC or make a sequel, because I'd love to see more of this! <3

This game is so fun and adorable. I was worried it would be a bit boring running back and forth delivering mail but the way you are able to move through the world by bouncing on mushrooms and gliding through the air on a letter glider is so fun. All the characters are so cute and the stories are charming. The dialogue is fun, I enjoyed reading it out loud to my son and missed reading it out loud when he went to bed. Only downside is the game is pretty short. I want more adorable areas to explore and cute characters to meet.

Adorable and hilarious game. Cozy and honestly good for all ages, imo. Bonus ATLA reference in there for the fellow blind bandit enjoyers :)

This was a fun, sweet game that incorporated story-telling and platforming. It was fun to explore the unknown world without a map and be creative on how to get from point A to point B. Highly recommend this game for a low-stress, cozy, light-hearted game.

This game was so wholesome, and all of these characters are so loveable and charming, even if I got lost or fell off a tree every 5 seconds. If you want an engaging experience filled with memorable characters and silly side quests, I highly recommend.

Really cute. Adorable graphics, fun characters, my only gripe is that its a little short for the price, but if you get it on sale, its totally worth it.
