OK hear me out This is not a terrible game nor is it a horrible game It is a fun little cute game that wants to be bigger and better than it is It is filled to the brim with graphical glitches and weird gameplay problems. I originally played this on the iPad a long time ago and thought maybe that the iPad was the reason why this game wasn't playing well That's why I bought it on the computer and well let's just say the exact same issues in the iPad version are Bigger in this version. The reason why I recommend it is because it's a fascinating study of having too much ambition not enough skill The ideas are really awesome in this but it just needs more polish

I love this game when it came out 10 years ago and I still love it. The usage of the different engines is really genius. I only wish there would be Evoland 3..

such an amazing idea to change graphic-style as you go back and forth in time ( go back in time, you get NES and gameboy graphics. as you move forward in time, the games graphics also improve, progressing to SNES and Dreamcast-like graphics. Add into that hidden easter eggs and constantly changing game play. One level may be RPG and another may be tactics. Heck, one level with have you playing Street Fighter style with health bars and everything. Havent seen anything like this since. 9.6/10
