Frog Detective 3: Corruption at Cowboy County

This is absolute cinema. I never expected what was coming. You need to play the first two frog detective games to really appreciate the storytelling in this. I never expected this from a 7 dollar game, but I absolutely recommend this.

What a fantastic ending to this small series. I loved every game and it was honestly so much better than I thought it would be. The soundtrack for this game was awesome and Frog Detective 3 is easily the best one. I'm going to miss the second best detective in the world.

A charming adventure games. While not complex in the slightest, with the games being more like traditional point-and-click games rather than genuine detective games, the cute visuals and funny writing make the experience an enjoyable one. I would highly recommend getting the entire series as well, they are all delightful.

Gay Frog and good story conclusion, tied up all the loose ends. Silly and wholesome story line.

Technically there's a mystery to solve but the real objective of this game is to do sick stunts on your scooter and flirt with Sherman (10/10)

the entire frog detective trilogy feels like it was designed to feel like watching a kids movie as an adult and it pulls it off very well. best enjoyed together with someone who can voice all the characters

It’s a charming little point and click game. Game length is <1 hour. Maybe best for young children.

[/h3] Starting off, I just want to say that Mary’s acting at the start was impeccable and she should receive whatever awards they give away at Hollywood. Perfect re-enaction of what went down at the end of Frog Detective 2. What I loved the most about the Frog Detective games while playing through the games is how self-aware it is. It even sneakily mentions all 3 games directly in this game. The humour is centred around the lowkey 4th wall breaking aspects, as well as the awfully bad puns and dry humour we’re used to from the first two games! You get your notebook from the second game back, somehow with the exact same sticker placements, which I thought was a very neat detail. While FD3 mostly consists of the good ol’ fetch quest formula, this time we do actually have to look around for and find some specific items outside of the fetch questline in order to actually finish the story. The soundtrack and art are once again lovely. There are 3 missable achievements in this game, with just one ending. There’s a nice guide that can tell you when to get these missable achievements if you don’t want to play through the game multiple times, and I think there’s a way to reach chapter select also. Frog Detective: Corruption at Cowboy County was a lovely end to the Frog Detective trilogy. As witty as ever, this game series does not level our friend up to the #1 detective, but keeps us as second best. And that’s okay. I HIGHLY recommend the entire mystery to anyone, please pick up these games and play through them. They’re great.
