GUILTY GEAR Xrd REV 2

A true gem in the series and one of the best renditions that sought a good balance between the fast paced magic series combat system and more methodological setups and pacing. Others would argue ACPR is the truly the best GG game, and with good reason. Xrd is slightly slower than acpr however the tone and mechanics of the game have more weight leading to more decisive wins and defeats, paying more weight to planning and strategy. Xrd gave some definitiveness to dust loops and more weight to the significance of its damage. This may be the one thing that takes the cake from its predecessor ACPR.

this game is beautiful and fun As a I-No ride or die, I appreciate how this game isn't as execution intensive as GGXXACR, but doesn't feel bare bones like Strive the community is kind too GGXXACR is still probably my favorite but in a way I can't explain with words, somedays i could go either way

Game already feels more fun than Strive, just need friends to play with or good luck finding randos in online match.

fun casual with pals, but i feel like playing this online/competitive is hell on earth.

I genuinely think this game is ahead of its time. it's a 3d/2d fighter with amazing controls. The first two days I had this game, I sunk a wild amount of hours into it. I would highly recommend this game to new and veteran fighting game players.

game made me gay and my life was harder as a result. you can avoid this consequence if you pick raven tho
