Such a cute and wholesome game, I love all the animals you can befriend. There's a lot of content in such a small package; I'm still struggling to figure out how to complete the last island!

Bought this game both on VR and the computer because it's so cute! I do recommend it on VR, but either are good1 The game can be finished pretty quickly if you're a one track minded person like me, (I finished it in 3 hours because I *only* went after the main objectives) however after you've "finished the game" you can farm and collect to sell so you have money for your house. It's satisfying and calming enough that I can see myself coming back to decorate my house and to just rack up money. In a very loose way, it's very similar to Outer Wilds, where you are not directed to do anything, but you are put in this world that you want to explore. There are no quests and no tips, you have to figure out everything on your own which is satisfying and engaging. There is one puzzle that I (a dumb person) had a bit of trouble with, but I never had to look anything up. All in all, Garden of the Sea is a cute farming, animal care, and house decorating game that does not overstay it's welcome.

The relaxing exploration of this game is such a pleasure. I have enjoyed it very much.
