The game and setting are interesting. But something felt off when I was reading some of the text flavouring of the environment, PDAs, and viewing some of the assets. And then I searched online and this confirmed my thoughts: The game still uses undisclosed AI-generated assets despite the devs having mentioned they removed it. I like supporting Indie devs, but I also want to support artists.

This game puts most scifi-horror movies to shame. Like many have already said, the writing and voice acting is superb, and the horror is a nice slow-burn, but the scariest aspect for me is the little bits of worldbuilding lore, which convinced me that technology and capitalism were a mistake, actually, and we should go back to living off the land before it's too late; but seriously, this game's horrifying dystopian future also puts Cyberpunk 2077 to shame. My one complaint is that casual readers will probably need a dictionary to understand the environmental flavor text.

Great classic point and click adventure dripping with horror atmosphere and flavor. I do have issues with it but they're overshadowed by the ambition on display from such a small dev team, even though they may sometimes wear certain influences a little too clearly on their sleeves. Definitely worth picking up in my opinion, especially when it seems to be deep on sale to under $10 often. I love that the characters you learn about through PDAs' stories sometimes cross over and develop one another but I do think that the number of entries in some cases would benefit from being trimmed down. I think that the EVIL CORPORATION is a familiar enough literary trope that less time could be spent illustrating how evil the corporation is and more on the interpersonal relationships of the characters whose steps our protagonists retrace through the story. Very exciting project overall, I look forward to the team's next game and hope they receive wider recognition. Big shoutout to fantastic performances from the entire voice cast that breathe life into the devs' creative vision. Second big shoutout to whoever banged out all the environmental & inventory item flavor text - you're nasty! Keep it up.

Since I wanna avoid as many spoilers as I can I'l try to keep it short, but hopefully sweet. I recommend the game. I do also wanna point out that if you've played their free game, Cayne - some of the storybeats hits the same to the point where I could predict some of the story... Not a major problem (I still recommend it after all) but more of a slight disappointment. I also will point out that I liked the mechanic where if you press a button all things in the vicinity of importance light up, made the game way more enjoyable than clicking every pixel on the screen incessantly in hopes of finding something - like some older (albeit classic) point and clickies... NOW HAVING SAID THAT - I did get lulled into a false sense of security with this mechanic, as I completely assumed the system would always be on point, so I had to look up a guide in a few places because the item I needed hadn't lit up when I went over there the first time, but had become important when I assumed I was done with that puzzle/area. There was also one or two puzzles that were frankly...... well, suffice to say I would NEVER have solved them. ever. Like without spoiling, at one point you need to find X and you find X by looking at a paper of something completely different and counting things that have nothing to do with X - how the F would I guess that without a guide?! Then again, maybe I'm just dumb. The Cayne Corporation have always reminded me of Weyland-Yutani ever since i played the free game, and having found some (easter-eggs or lazy artwork?) CLEAR evidence of Xenomorph's in the game, I can only assume thats the point. Now, the stuff above is really the worst critique I can give the game, I really liked it and if you're interested in darker, "scarier" point&click adventures, you might enjoy this one too. OH! I almost forgot to mention the 11/10 steller fucking Voiceacting. Like, really. Above and beyond - I CARED about these people - Goodjob there, Brotherhood, good f'ing job. (and ofcourse the voiceactors too!)

I randomly found this game on sale and wow im not dissapointed, this is also my first point and click game. The story is so intriguing, well written and emotional. I loved the characters dynamic, Moses is the best. If you enjoyed soma or anything lovecraftian. Check this out!

Much more user friendly than Stasis 1, and though the story is delightfully unsubtle it does toss some curve balls at you it's very fun and the puzzles aren't nearly as confusing as Stasis 1 (in a good way, it seems more user friendly but not Barney simple)

just finished the game. its just woaw dude. its great in everyway i cant describe my feelings after it. been so long to feel so satisfied with time spend in a game after finishing it. story manages to stay totally unique while accomodating lots of vibes from legendary movies or games. and its catchy, it grabs you no matter how accurate your predictions on whats coming next. stepping between 3 characters and supportive characters talking around makes storytelling so strong. and there is lots of datapads around, like unique little radio/newspaper stories everywhere, connected to eachother or complating eachother in a way. with all this standalone indipendend stories, creates a whole body.. puzzles are good. they are not too easy or impossible to bore you. with a bit logic and attention, all gets together like a zip perfectly without effort. ofc i checked walkthroughs time to time, but not more than %5-10.. i did played the first statis too, was expecting a good follow up game but this game has own plot and its way better game in every aspect. its like sanitarium level for me idk, im not into point and click games generally. all i can dream about what could be better is "alternate endings", few choise checkpoints through the game that matters at the end. than that could be flawless perfect. im not saying it has a bad ending even if we all did saw its coming, that was natural.

I won't say I'm thrilled, but against the backdrop of the fact that there are very few good games out there today, this is a very good game. It could have been worse. Plot as plot, characters as characters, graphics as graphics, puzzles as puzzles, music as music, sound as sound, art as art.

Game drags on for way to long. after 12 hours and not at the end yet, I just gave up. Bad writing, weak characters, lame motivations. Trying way to hard to be gross, which makes me jaded after 8 hours of just dead bodies EVERYWHERE. The puzzles are all over the place, some ridiculously hard while others just solved themselves by random clicking while trying to figure out how it worked. Setting is also super scattered, Lovecraftian, dystopian sci-fi, AI, body horror, religion, so many themes it feels all forced and crammed in. The two older stasis games where awesome, this is just a mess.
