The game is utterly polluted with straight-up hackers and Ricochet anti-cheat is such an abject failure to affect any change that you're better off buying a lottery ticket and listening to the number calls in a thunderstorm so lightning can kill you after you win the Mega Millions. Sometimes it feels like Activision just makes the cheats that are sold themselves with how frequently they show up in games.

If you're addicted to COD, just play Warzone. The hackers and glitches will definitely help cure that addiction-unless you enjoy making your life more miserable. 10/10 pain simulator.

I have been playing Warzone with longer or shorter breaks almost since the beginning. In terms of gameplay, maps or level of challenge I don't have much to complain about. The competition can be still engaging (although lowering its standards and becoming less fair), especially the ranking mode. Unfortunately, for reasons unknown to me, the developers don't give a damn about players (still) playing on a mouse and keyboard, aim assist on gamepads has been bumped up to an absurd level heavily favouring such players in most situations. Additionally, as a mouse player, I just got a shadow ban for over a week without any reason (probably received a few "reports" from frustrated players I killed). No one is reviewing the reports, there is no appeal possible. While the season is ongoing, I can't start a ranked game and in most cases even join regular games, can't gain any experience, unlock battlepass content or level up weapons. It is simply a joke, I can't name another game with an equally stupid reporting system and unconditional bans without ANY verification. All it takes is a few people deciding to spitefully report you and you can't join any game for a few weeks. Great job Activision. Is this the experience of making multiplayer games for more than 20 years? The Call of Duty franchise on PC has probably never been in such a hopeless state before. I won't even comment on the paid bundles and skins squeezed in everywhere, which make the game more and more rubbish from version to version. If you want to just start playing Warzone now and are playing on a mouse I honestly advise against Warzone.

Warzone, back when it came out in 2022, was somewhat decent. But now it’s a complete cheater, pay-to-win infested cesspool with an entire Disney roster of skins. After Activision made the very smart choice of making a launcher, you now have to install around 150GB of pure nothingness before you even get to the main menu, which looks like an Early Alpha version of Netflix’s main menu page, extremely poorly optimized and just cluttered mess to the point where even finding the game mode you are looking for takes around 5-10 minutes and leaves you with self-depressing suicidal thoughts. WHY??!! I seriously mean WHY, should I download around 150 GB of “space”, just to be able to access a menu, and then be forced to download another 100 GB of the actual Warzone??!! Whoever designed this should be stripped of all their clothes and be crucified. I'm not even going to discuss the anti-cheat system and how the game is plagued by straight-up cheaters or ZIM users for recoil. The majority of the time, the current meta in the game comes with the seasonal pass weapons, so unless either you or your friends are willing to buy the game pass, prepare to be absolutely rammed in the ass for weeks at an end before Activision decides to do something about it and make slight changes which are not even gonna matter in the end, and are gonna make the game crash even more. It has become increasingly evident that Activision is just trying to squeeze as much money as possible out of this cash cow. This is also visible by the number of skins that are in this god forsaken game. Back in 2022, the characters were normal, military-fitted characters. I remember talking with my friend about how some of those military-fitted skins were even badass and outright well-designed. 2 years later, and all of a sudden, Master Shifu, along with Lightning McQueen, are shooting me with rainbow acid to the point where I am barely conscious. They attempted to revive player interest by bringing Verdansk back, knowing that the majority of players would return due to the nostalgia factor, thereby generating additional streams of revenue and profit. However, my friends and I ain’t buying this act anymore and are done with this franchise. It’s safe to say that this is no longer Modern Warfare, and instead of it, Activision is just trying to mine whatever cash is left out of it, by any means necessary.

I obviously love this game . My negative review is due to the fact that the game literally crashes every other match.

Trash. MW2 is dead, Warzone is worthless. This is the last COD game I'll be trying out. The company is trash, they don't care about their players or the wallets of the players and it's time for Activision to die. MW3 and BO6 don't allow you to use all of the skins you've paid for. COD is DEAD.

Got banned for no reason with no proof or evidence given whatsoever. Have played CoD since Call of Duty 2 and spent a good chunk of money on battle passes and skins. Would not recommend ever.

Call of Booty This game as well as all of the CoDs are trash and I look forward to the day this company goes under. I never liked CoD due to the fact that it is a copy and paste money grab with nothing major added for many years now. DMZ was a let down and a pathetic attempt to create an extraction shooter mode. Warzone like all the other game modes created has no real reason to play other than shooting other players. Give me my money back for this horrendous game as well as all the money I spent on those extremely overpriced good for nothing skins. Too many "hackers" (cheaters is the correct word because they are dumber than a snail and wouldn't know the first step to actually hack the game). This game has turned into a clown town with these ridiculous skins. Spend your resources on stopping cheaters and making new exciting game modes like a real extraction shooter instead of creating new skins and some dumba$$ executions. 10/10 I would NOT recommend to a friend.

love the franchise, the game is filled to the brim with hackers, soft aim cheaters, and cronus users. zombies is great, and the multiplayer is good to, but they need to get this hacking issue out

This is the only COD game I truly enjoy. I only play the casual mode as I'm old (58) and don't have great reflexes (also have a motion disorder). I avoided the BR aspect of Warzone for the longest time, but the more casual modes make it fun. I seem to be killing more real players than bots, judging by the after-game stats. I do land my shots pretty well, though it's hard to track people with berzerker level movement, whether it be a macro or skill IDK, but it gets very challenging. I frequently encounter teammates who become quite toxic, and think being good at a game means it makes them important in life. Frankly, I think many of such players are using cheats to make them feel good about their "achievements. I consider some to be sociopaths at worse, narcissists at "best". Want to know if you encounter either one? Question their maturity. Tends to shut them up for while, because they have low self esteem. I've had this confirmed by psychiatrists I've spoken with. Despite the cheaters (even in the casual mode) I have a lot of fun. I just avoid ranked play because that is on a completely different level of cringe. I've played PUBG since it was in its earliest stages (even played the Arma Mod that inspired it), and I have way more fun in Warzone BR, especially Verdansk. As I mentioned, I'm not playing against the HC players for the most part, but I'm here to have fun, which this game is. Who needs BO6, which will be broken the first year and full of childish people from start to finish.

despite what everyone else will say the game is great. It does take a lot of space but not a unmanageable amount. The game is great with good movement camos skins and so on. overall i recommend this game to anyone who doesn't suck at shooters because everyone who cries about the sweats are just bad. The aim assist in insanely good and the game is easy to master. If there was one thing i could say bad about this game is the hackers but if you're not terrible you can beat them. There is one exception and those are the ones that just shoot in the air and kill people but those are one in every thousand or so games. so ignore all the bad reviews and just get the game. After all why trust random people. Oh wait thats me. Well trust me if u don't suck get the game and i'll see u on rebirth >:)

To avoid mass download use battlenet and you can just download Warzone @ like 40gb.
