I bought this game on a referral from a friend who stated that one of the creators has a diverse ability (is a power chair user) Support diverse abilities. It is a good game, easily accessible. I have a diverse ability myself and some games are too challenging. This game was easy to control the characters and move through the stages with my controller. I only played the first level and other levels look more challenging, which looks fun and makes me want to play more.

Very fun and dynamic. The game engages from the first moment. The art is very beautiful and makes you want to go around every corner. The use of the blunderbuss is brilliant. Very fun game so far!

Have only just started playing, but DAMN this is fun! The visuals are beatiful, and the music is top notch. But the great controls are what did it for me. Difficult jumps are made easy with the Steam blaster, and the game encourages you to rack up combo shots and jumps! The quick intro-level introduces you to all concepts you need to know very quickly! IMHO, it works best with a controller, have not tested with a keyboard and mouse though. Highly recommended!

This game was a lot of fun. The bullet time mechanic is genuinely engaging and kept me coming back, it’s simple, but addictive. The level design is well done and makes getting through tough sections feel satisfying without being frustrating. The game’s quirk and humor come through nicely in the art and environment design, giving it a lot of personality without trying too hard. There are plenty of creative ways to take down enemies, and the game actually rewards you for trying different approaches, which keeps things interesting. I also liked the leaderboard at the end of each level - it was a nice touch to see how I ranked globally, and it gave me a small sense of connection to other players without distracting from the game itself. Whether you're into platformers or just looking for some straightforward fun, this one's worth checking out.

An incredible charming platformer with great handcrafted designs and animation as well as a unique blunderbuss mechanic for fresh and dynamic gameplay! Speedrunners will have a blast puzzling out each level for the shortest route and the story is a cute mystery to uncover. recommended for sure!

An old school era platformer with a twist. Using a blunderbuss as a movement device? Brilliant.

Is very fun to play, usually not the tip of game i play, very fast pace, an you have to think, many step ahead of were you are trying to get in later levels, were i die a lot, but was still very fun, enjoyed the art of the game, and trying to find as many secrets places as i can find, played on keyboard but wood have like to play on Xbox controller but have old one, so can't say how the game is with controller, but have fun play the game over all, and wood be cool to see what maybe DLC may be added or what gear/weapons load for different musketeers to play as for the levels... Fun platformer and engaging! The slow mo feature is a nice touch for aiming, and the attack moves are just the right amount to not over-complicate the game.

My favourite part of this game is using the blunderbuss and chaining together actions in combat. Its super satisfying, and smooth in a kind of addictive way. There are some really fun level challenges the require some quick thinking kind of like Celeste. The art style really stands out for me, its super charming. And some of the music is really unique and creates a cool vibe.

It's got a great set of mechanics that combine for some really fun game play. The platforming has just the right amount of difficulty. It's a challenge, but is also doable with being tedious and frustrating. If you like platforming and being able to use a blunderbuss as both locomotion and simultaneously redirect enemy projectiles back at them, then this is the game for you!

Sacre Bleu is an incredibly fun and fast paced platformer. With a mix of Super Meat Boy platforming and Dustforce movement and speedrun goals it's a fantastic addition to the great indie platforming scene

I am really enjoying Sacre Bleu so far. I like the cartoony graphics and that the setting is not yet another viking, medieval or samurai world. The settings is revolutionary France. Lots of musketeer antics. You've got a sword, a blunderbuss and jumpy legs to work with. I find the mechanics refreshing. Easy to understand, but difficult to master. You need the right timing and also the right strategy. It's not a button masher. You have to think.

Reminds me of the old school platformers from when I was a kid. Love the animation and art direction!

Sacre Bleu is fast, elegant, and just the right amount of unhinged. Sacre Bleu borrows the most fun mechanics from games like Ori and the Blind Forest—fast traversal, slick combat, tight controls—and crams them all into the first hour. It doesn’t hold your hand. Instead of slowly introducing one mechanic at a time, it throws you into the deep end with nothing to loose. The result? A slightly steep learning curve, but for seasoned platformer/action fans, it’s an absolute joy. Combat is fluid and creative—mixing musket shots, saber strikes, and air boosts into stylish chains. Levels are built for replayability, with rankings for speed and combat finesse. And the portal-based level design makes progression feel snappy and fresh. Visually, it’s gorgeous. Hildring Studio’s art direction is elegant, with a touch of absurdity—perfectly matched by the game’s unapologetically goofy humor (yes, when you die, it yells “FROMAGE!”). This isn’t just a fun little romp—it’s a game that dares you to get good, fast. And when it clicks, it really clicks. Highly recommended for fans of Ori, Hollow Knight, and fast-paced challenge platformers. Bring a controller.

Good fun! Pleasantly silly, a fun platforming gimmick, and a simple combat system that builds into some genuinely awesome, and chaotic fights. I'm not a speed running kinda guy, so my time with this is likely done now that I've beaten the final boss; but it's kept me well entertained and frustrated for the 5 hours I spent with it. My only warning is that this isn't optimised for mouse and keyboard (there can be trouble tracking the mouse at the very edges of the screen), but you can muddle through. Probably best you play it with a pad if you've got one. But full props to the devs. Interested to see what you do next.

I have been following Steins' work on Sacré Bleu for years, and I'm extremely happy to see it coming to life. It was worth the wait. It's truly engaging, still with simple mechanics, with tons of funny dialogues and spectacular hand-made art. Highly recommended!!
