Battle Chasers: Nightwar

It's just a mediocre game, with cool ideas and great characters, but I rather play something fun and interesting.

기본 턴제 RPG에 서양 TRPG 조끔 섞은 느낌적인 느낌이랄까. 6명 캐릭터 중에 3명 골라서 팀을 짤 수 있는데 스킬 호환성이랑 스킬 트리 찍으면서 조합해보는게 나름 재미가 있습니다. 엄청 딥하거나 그러진 않으니 안심하시구요. (사실 초반 캐릭터 조합이 가장 안전하면서 좋달까..) 참고로 2회차 클리어 도과가 있고 모든 도과 중에 몬스터 도감 모으는게 가장 오래 걸리니 미리 체크하는걸 추천!

The game is good, but unfortunately I can't recommend it because it's full of camera shake, and as an autistic adult, the constant camera shake during battles makes me dizzy and disregulated. The pacing is also kinda slow, but aside from that, the art style is great, the inventory management is pretty good, and the game is a lot of fun, but I had to stop playing it. There's also one song in the game that warbles from left-to-right, which also makes me nauseous when I'm playing, especially with headphones. I'm looking forward to seeing more from the developer, but I really hope that they consider accessibility moving forward.

Okay, so I just finished playing Battle Chasers and seriously, it's awesome! First off, the graphics are insane. Like, everything looks super good, from the characters to the environments. It's just a treat for your eyes. The gameplay is smooth and easy to pick up. And the best part? It's not a grind fest! As someone who just wants to chill and play, I loved that I could progress without feeling like I had to dedicate my life to it. They totally respect your time. The story is really good too – totally pulled me in. And the voice acting? Top-notch. Everyone sounds amazing, which makes the characters feel real. Oh, and the soundtracks! Seriously epic. They just make everything feel even more awesome. I also dug that you could pick from three difficulty levels. Super cool for casual players like me who just want to have fun without getting totally stressed out. Bottom line? If you're looking for a game that looks great, plays great, has a cool story, awesome voices, and epic music, all without being a huge time sink, then you gotta check out Battle Chasers. Highly recommend it to all my friends!
