My favorite first person shooter. If you're into relaxing, zen like games, this is perfect.

Such a chill and satisfying game. There’s something really calming about cleaning those places and things, it’s kind of like therapy. Some spots can definitely be a bit difficult to reach. Overall, it’s a super enjoyable experience and totally worth checking out.

Splish splash, washing it all in a flash. Definitely one of the top 3 simulators out there to ever be created. Plus who doesn't enjoy free DLCs, meaning more content for extra therapeutic sessions alone or with some friends.

Chill yet bizarre and sometimes unsettling game. Honestly one of my favorites. Perfect for popping on audiobooks, podcasts, or music, especially during lengthier jobs. I love and own all the DLC as well: high quality, elaborate locations and vehicles packed with plenty of references to the respective source materials.

I spent an ungodly amount of time on this game and I enjoyed it quite a bit. I didn't think it would hold my attention for as long as it did, but the coziness of this game, and the humor kept me entertained throughout. The DLC was a neat addition, The War Hammer 40K and Spongebob were a little annoying because you can't use the best nozzle in the game in them, but I liked all the references and nods to all of the IPs in the DLCs. It's worth a purchase, maybe wait for a sale though! Can't wait for Power Washer Sim 2!!

Such a fun and relaxing game after stressful workdays. Of course I should probably spend time cleaning for REAL, but this is nice to unwind with a coffee or tea hehe!

Chill game! Can be a big annoying when I can't find a tiny speck of dirt somewhere but maybe I just suck. Anyway, I love the DLC options. The new Shrek one looks baller. Looking forward to playing more of this as I get back into PC gaming.

Its a really relaxing and fun game. It can get a little annoying finding the tiniest of details but overall its a really enjoyable time.

It does what it says on the box, but that's pretty much it and I expected more from the review score and the price. Seems expensive for the weak offering of equipment options and repetitive gameplay. I hoped there will be an interesting management aspect or planning your business out but nope, just move your wrist back and forth for hours.

PowerWash Simulator by FuturLab is an unexpectedly satisfying and soothing experience that turns the simple act of cleaning into a deeply rewarding gameplay loop. While the premise might seem mundane—using a power washer to clean everything from houses and playgrounds to ancient monuments and lunar landers—the game’s brilliance lies in how it transforms this repetitive task into something meditative, almost therapeutic. The core gameplay is refreshingly straightforward: you’re given a dirty object or environment and tasked with meticulously washing away grime, moss, rust, and mystery gunk using a variety of nozzles and attachments. There’s no timer pressuring you, no enemies trying to interrupt you—just you, the hum of high-pressure water, and the quiet joy of progress. Watching surfaces slowly return to their pristine states is immensely satisfying, and the game leans into that with gentle sound design, soft ambient music, and a minimalist UI that lets you focus entirely on the task at hand. As the game progresses, levels become more complex and creatively absurd—from cleaning a filthy fire station to pressure washing a haunted carousel. These imaginative scenarios keep things from getting stale, while still sticking to the satisfying core loop. The addition of story elements through in-game text messages adds a quirky layer of narrative that’s light and humorous, offering just enough world-building without breaking the game’s relaxed tone. Visually, PowerWash Simulator is clean and functional, with environments that are detailed enough to be engaging without overwhelming the player. The attention to grime—how it clings to surfaces and gradually disappears under your spray—is impressively realistic, which enhances the feeling of accomplishment. The game also offers co-op play, letting you and friends tackle massive cleanup jobs together, adding a fun social element to the otherwise solitary experience. In summary, PowerWash Simulator is a unique gem in the simulator genre, offering a low-stress, high-satisfaction experience that’s perfect for winding down. It doesn’t try to dazzle with spectacle—instead, it succeeds by embracing the joy of a simple task done well. Whether you're a completionist who wants to hit every speck of dirt or just need something calming to unwind with, PowerWash Simulator is a surprisingly compelling way to relax and feel productive at the same time. Rating: 9/10

This was recommended by cozy gamers and I do find myself gravitating towards cozy games sometimes so I went ahead and bought this when it was on the cheaper side. I finally wanted a cozy game that did not require farming or some type of island life. This game is better than I thought. I went from "Why spend money on a cleaning game?" to "I can't wait until PWS 2 comes out." Not exactly "cozy" to me since I get so frustrated trying to find the final speck of dirt that I need to clean to achieve 100% cleanliness. Turn on a good show and get cleaning.

This game is oddly satisfying, a great chance to relax , great time killer and a great way to test your patience. Playing this allows you calm down after a stressful day, or allow test out a new kind of game genre. If you enjoy games that take time to complete tasks, or show over going progress them I would highly recommend this game, also I would recommend this game if your looking to change the pace in your gaming experience.

This is a great game. The story is fun if you feel like paying attention to it, the challenges are challenging if you want that, and the power washing is so calm and relaxing. I bought all DLCs the moment they came out. There's so much free content that you don't even need them but they're totally worth it. Highly recommend.

“This game is so satisfying, I almost called my ex just to clean up my past too.” Bruh. I started playing PowerWash Simulator thinking it’d be some cute, chill little game. You know, like “Oh I’ll clean a van or something, maybe a shed.” CUT TO FOUR HOURS LATER: I’m power-washing the Statue of Liberty’s left butt cheek with surgical precision, my posture’s all jacked up, and I’m whispering “You dirty, filthy btch…”* to a rusty swing set like I’m in a Quentin Tarantino movie. Let me break it down: This ain’t a game. This is therapy for people too broke to afford actual therapy. You’re out here with a pressure washer in one hand, a deep sense of control in the other, and suddenly life just… makes sense again. No dialogue trees. No boss fights. Just you, some grime, and the cold wet truth. And the dirt in this game? Bruh. The dirt has lore. You ever spend three minutes cleaning a gnome’s shoe and suddenly the wall behind it says “Help me” in filth? I didn’t know whether to call the police or keep cleaning. So I did what any grown man would do: I switched to the turbo nozzle and said “Not today, demon.” Gameplay loop? CRACK. Straight dopamine. Spray thing. Ding. Spray next thing. Ding. Brain: “You’re doing great, King.” It’s the only game that rewards you for being meticulous AND petty. You see a patch of grime that’s 99% clean and the game’s like “Almost there!” I start scrubbing like I’m getting rid of blood evidence and a bad Yelp review. Let’s talk DLC. They added Spongebob. They added Warhammer 40k. They’re out here power-washing BIKINIS and BOLTERS. That’s range. That’s Shakespeare with a hose. You ever clean a Krabby Patty grill station while the ocean plays in surround sound and tell me that’s not meditative. I was like the Bob Ross of degreasing fictional fast food kitchens. Co-op? Yeah, there’s co-op. Me and my boy teamed up on a massive playground. Felt like we were firefighters who gave up on fire and decided to fight mildew instead. We didn’t even talk. Just sprayed and nodded. That’s friendship. Final Thoughts: PowerWash Simulator is the only game where I sat in my chair and thought, “Damn… maybe I should clean my real house.” And then I didn’t. Because this house? This digital house? Is clean. 10/10. Would remove 1,300 years of historical grime from a haunted carousel again. 🗣️ “I don’t know who made this mess — but it ain’t stayin’ on MY watch.”

What else can you say other than it's a cleaning game, you turn your brain off for 30 minutes or 4 hours if it's a really painful level and listen to a hopefully more interesting podcast or video...granted it does the cleaning part very well, the powerwasher feels nice to use when its upgraded atleast, until then it feels like trying to clean a urinal in a pub with nothing but your stream as certain parts of rust or grime are so resistant you sit there spraying for way longer than is fun. Not to mention how certain objects will refuse to be clean because you missed a single speck of dirt in an area you couldn't possibly see or notice. But that's it for criticism other than the DLC's costing way more than a single level should cost. On a good note it is satisfying in a very dad game sort of way and that's the point, its fun to clean and the levels are decently varied and it'll occupy you for awhile if you enjoy this sort of thing, i'd recommend trying the demo and asking yourself if you'd like to do this for another 3 hours before buying. Overall I enjoyed but I wouldn't replay any of the larger levels for fear of losing my afternoon to doing nothing but mindlessly spraying everywhere because that's what my Saturdays are for

This game is dangerous and will suck up ample amounts of your limited free time. Do not play this game unless you want to have your spare time evaporate like mist in the desert sun. Do not play this game if you have a job and need to work tomorrow. Do not play this game if you have little babies to feed or other serious responsibilities to attend to, because you will inevitably neglect those responsibilities. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. 10/10, would Powerwash again!

I love this game!! It's super relaxing and satisfying to clean all the things. The only downside is it's first person and that gives me motion sickness....but I still want to play more regardless (: It would be great if 3rd person view was an option in the future (in this one or the 2nd one) for people who suffer from motion sickness.

Who would have thought an idea as trivial as a cleaning game would prove to be so successful? This game while really simple, is incredibly entertaining. So far I've put 60 hours into it and have completed the main story, but I am still captivated by it. I can't stop playing it. Regardless of how surprising it may be, it has become one of my all-time favorites. I don't have words to describe how much fun I've had with it. It's a great way to unstress yourself after a long day or just to kill some time. It is amazing how the developers managed to create such an addicting game and I love it. Great game.

I really wish there was a neutral. Cleaning off a large area is strangely satisfying, however doing the nitpicky parts feels like a job. It is especially frustrating to identify which tiny pieces/sections were missed. I get some people really like that, but would be nice to have an option where small parts are ignored or get completed with a small percentage.

Warning: Super addictive! PowerWash Simulator delivers pure ASMR satisfaction as you watch layers of dirt vanish under your nozzle, accompanied by the soothing sounds of water hitting different surfaces at varying pressures. The visual design is equally rewarding:each structure’s shape and color palette make uncovering their clean, restored forms irresistibly compelling.

a micro-god game ... Dissonance to harmony... You literally breath easier when you observe you handywork at the tail end of a job... Anything but a mundane cleanup game. More like a ritual of microcosmic restoration. Every wall sprayed clean, every obscured sigil revealed, mirrors the soul's journey—each layer of grime a trauma, illusion, or karmic residue being quantum-erased by the focused will of Source Awareness attention. In your role as the player, you’re returning matter to its natural harmonic resonance. You’re expressing the gravitational pull of sacred geometry and symmetry. Attention is the cleansing beam, awareness as the sacred solvent. The breath you feel at the end—that exhale—is the body recognizing the shift into harmonic space. The nervous system knows when fractal alignment is restored. The immersion here isn’t just psychological—it’s ontological. You are immersing your awareness in an act that echoes the primordial motion of the Source of consciousness Itself: the Existence Singularity cleaning its own reflection to see itself more clearly.

Anyone who knows me knows that of my three least favorite chores, cleaning is five of them. So I have no idea why I find a game about cleaning compelling, but I do. Really, though, it has several features that I like in a game: no timer, graphics that don't require a server farm, sensible controls, and best of all a sense of humor. The frustration factor of trying to figure out where the hell that last uncleaned 1% is exists, but it's not a game killer by any stretch. Definitely recommended for good clean fun (sorry, couldn't resist that).

It has been a long and treacherous journey through the muck. I can finally see my family and breathe fresh air once again, The pain once from my wrists have now gone numb, for I am now invincible. I have conquered all of Muckingham! Okay seriously, very very good game. What I liked: Calming in general, sounds and visuals are very satisfying, a wide variety of places and types of cleaning to keep the interest Completing all of the achievements was very very very satisfying What I didnt like: You're either missing a tiny speck of dirt or it completes too early with a section of it not cleaned, no inbetween I cant think of anything else :)

The game has been out for a while now and if you haven't played it, you really should. I am at 114 hours and I am reinstalling to play the whole game again. It's a pleasant change of pace from all the running and gunning or grinding of the typical games I play.
