A very unique Overcooked style co-op game with some additions like a combat system, collecting ingredients and some QTEs while cooking. Keep up the good work, much support for the genre!

Please wait for later upcoming changes then play. Currently the game have too many bugs. Some of the maps are too difficults and i suggest having a minimap to show where the ingredients are for better navigation. The gameplay is fun, but i suggest some gameplay balance changes (showing minimap, show more orders in advance) for more convenient gaming experience, and need to fix all of the bugs issue first.

Fun concept, but still a bit rough around the edges Been playing SEDAP! with my partner — we love the idea of gathering ingredients, fighting off enemies, then cooking together. It’s a fun co-op experience! That said, there are still a lot of bugs. The game lags sometimes, characters get stuck, and controllers can be hard to connect. Even just getting through the lobby is tricky with the pointer jumping around. Some level design stuff is frustrating too — the spike traps are way too fast, and the floating stairs have big gaps that make us fall a lot. We're stuck at 3-11; it feels impossible with the current charm limit. Would be awesome if we could combine two charms into one or upgrade the charm weight limit. It’d also be nice if we could use the base cookware to practice cooking mini-games. Really hoping the devs keep improving it — the game has a lot of potential!

I absolutely love co-op games with a cute art-style look. To add to that, I'm from Southeast Asia and the game features Southeast Asian cuisines. It's pretty much a no-brainer for me to purchase this game. Initially, we were cruising through the levels quite easily, however as we progressed, it just became so difficult, to a point where we became so overwhelmed and completely stopped playing (on level 2-11). It's nice that we get to upgrade our weapons/cooking tools and carry things that supposedly help us during our cooks, but even that has a weight limit. It would be great if we're able to maybe upgrade our backpacks, which then allows us to carry more things? There's just not enough time for us to finish the dishes, the maps get so large and kitchen appliances are more spread out, monsters are way too strong. I don't really have any major complaints on bugs as I play locally with my husband. I'm not sure if we just really suck at the game, or it's just extremely hard. Hopefully the developers can do something about this, so that we can finally enjoy the game again.

This is such a beautiful game! This is my first time playing a cooking game like this, and it's quite easy to get the hang of the controls and such! I love the diversity of the food here, and the fresh gathering of ingredients by directly killing it. xD The UI is clean, and the artwork is beautiful! There's a slight issue on multiplayer which freezes when we click on the adventure map, and some of the UI not working after alt-tabbing. All in all, this is a good game and I really see a lot of potential in SEDAP. :3 9/10

It's pretty good! Busier than an average game in the subgenre as cooking involves mini-games and you have to gather the ingredients too. So you might need some chicken for a dish, but you'll have to fight the chicken first. There are some novelties here - e.g. both ingredients and cooked dishes will spoil if left outside for too long, so you don't typically stockpile things beyond the current orders, and neither do you really have to. The game had some issues with occasional disconnection at launch, but I've not seen any of those after the recent updates.

A fun overcooked like game that highlights southeast asian cuisine and food culture! I especially liked the bubbletea minigame which really made us run around frantically to make the drinks.

I got anxious buying this because most of the reviews mentions some bugs, I didnt have any problem with bugs or disconnects, or lags. The game is great. The patches have fixed most of the problems. It should improve to have more ways to complete the phases, more options to what to upgrade.

Fantastic game, it's a very fun coop game with light combat and fun cooking mechanics with good music and nice visuals. Great co-op experience. Gets very challenging after awhile, but I've personally found it to be a fun one.

As a whole, my partner and I enjoyed the game. The specialisations of chef and hunter gives a refreshing take on the usual kitchen chaos-type games. The dishes featured give a nice insight into Southeast-Asian cuisine, and players get to learn about the food with cute graphics and game art. However, some levels do require some optimisation, especially for player movement. Levels with the falling platforms that players need to run quickly or dash through frequently get players stuck, which I believe shouldn't be the case. Some other areas such as corners of the out-of-bound areas also catch the players, requiring us to give it a much wider berth to navigate around. We've also encountered a small number of bugs, whereby players getting hit by monsters in base could occasionally get stuck behind cooking equipment, which may necessitate restarting the level. That said, the devs do communicate via their discord and are actively working on further optimisation and bug fixes, so I'm excited to see what further updates or sequels this game may get. Definitely worth a try at it's price tag.

Loved playing this with my partner in local co-op! All the dishes and ingredients are lovingly rendered and looked delicious, and inspired us to pause the game and go hunt down some south east Asian food in real life to satiate the cravings! Very fun game to play in the evenings. Some sharp difficulty curves in the later maps, but overall a fun challenge and greatly novel.

Pretty fun game! The many different Southeast Asian dishes featured makes the game stand out from other cooking games. The game play is easy to learn and follow and the visuals are beautiful. Very SEDAP!

This game is too difficult, especially if you're playing as a single player. There are too many recipes that require killing lots of monsters, which get increasingly harder to defeat. The weapons and accessories aren't updated enough to help deal with these tougher monsters in later levels. On top of that, some areas are cut off by rising tides, which makes things even more frustrating. This isn't a game you can play casually — if anything, it’ll just make you angry, haha. Overall, it's a good game, but it's just too hard. I hope the developers will ease up on the difficulty. If not, I really wouldn't recommend playing this game alone. I will change my review after some update regarding game difficulties

Fantastic game. Founder is very available in Discord for feedback and updating. So far we've pink starred almost every level, however, the 3-12 second to last level is a madhouse... If you're a fan of overcooked and coop games in general, this is a fantastic different perspective. Looking forward to more levels and updates.

A great surprise! My partner and I ended up playing all night — it's that good. The game is fun, dynamic, and really entertaining. The gameplay is super easy to pick up and genuinely enjoyable. If you’re into co-op games like Overcooked, but want something with its own unique vibe, this one’s definitely worth a try. I couldn’t help but imagine a mix between Wildwood and this — the idea of traveling between levels while protecting the van could be amazing, especially if it adds more variety in gameplay and story as you follow the Gastronomicon’s culinary madness. The weapon variety is a bit limited, but honestly, we didn’t mind at all. Only small gripe: there aren’t any power-ups to increase the number of relics you can use — which could be a cool feature in future updates. Other than that, it’s pure fun. Highly recommended!

I loved the gameplay, the artwork and the storyline, the whole South East Asia cuisine game setting is really unique, if you liked Overcooked, you will definitely enjoy this game as well! A thing to improve is sometimes the character might "freeze" for a while during gameplay, hopefully a patch will be released to resolve this issue.
