City of Gangsters

I really wanted to love this game but in the end I had to admit that it's really just a supply chain manager. Fighting other crews is way too easy, grabbing new territory is way too slow and as long as the right people get their kickbacks there really isn't any challenge to being a virtual mob boss. Ultimately the game boils down to watching one's delivery drivers making their routes and bringing back envelopes full of cash while very slowly expending one's territory to watch even more delivery drivers making their routes and bringing back envelopes full of cash.

City of gangsters takes you to the height of prohibition, become the king of the city via the route of Al Capone, control the flow of booze, and more. Sadly my screen isn't big enough for all of the UI, nor am i lucky enough to get a seed that will actually let me start with something i can make/have any of the ingredients that need anywhere near me. If you like games like this, buy it, if not, it'll be a pass. (really wish steam would give a neutral option instead of just Yes or No)
