fun. the story is vaguely presented in game due to the fact some are in the description of the items and they put the whole lore and characters' stories stuff in the comics, kinda wish they were all made in game, especially Black Cat's prequel story. Someone did a terrible job at voice acting Vanessa, aka 棒読み. excellent decision from the devs for having Kohara Konomi to voice Nobeta. I feel like a sequel game is needed, like what happens after? did she manage to take down the Church or what? Overall, glad they announced a new game in development, which is the Church's flame witch that appeared in Tania's character story comic.

This game stood out to me in the worst way. It became my favorite game. Literally my only complaint is that I want more dungeons to play and bosses to fight.

Literally one of my favorite games in terms of combat because I love magic, and I LOVE how you have options if something is attacking head-on like parrys. If you love magic and combat definitely play this game.

Very nice souls like. Nobeta is cute but its funny how she trips when she ran out of stamina while dodging or sprinting. I actually expected less of this game but I'm surprised how good it is. The soundtrack is great, the bosses are fun and the level design is nice. The only complaint I have is the somewhat janky camera and that it's too short. If you've played any souls like before and are looking for alternatives and if you love cute characters, definitely give this one a try.

I came for Hololive and I came + stayed for Konomi Kohara. While those things are a factor to pull you in also the way the devs are carrying themself out made me curious about that Indie game. When I played it I got a product that has been produced with care. The story does take itself seriously and is contained. Extra content via the voiced manga is pretty well made and gives more insight to the world and characters. Gameplay was also pretty nice and tingled my senses as FGC gamer and some of my Souls-like instincts. All that is very different from the cute and funny image I had when seeing the X posts and while surprised I do had fun. I expected one side of the coin, but instead I got to see and enjoy what was on the other side as well. I recommend.
