This may be harsh, but the only truly great part of this game is it's absolutely amazing soundtrack. Now, lots of people seem to think this is an experience similar to Hotline Miami, which is complete bullshit. Where Hotline felt precise and deliberate, OTXO feels floaty and chaotic. Guns are unsatisfying to shoot and the environments are just disconnected rooms full of mobs that shower you in bullets as soon as you kick in the door and fly around the map like a bunch of insects on crack. I like this game's vibe and premise, but the actual gameplay mechanics failed to capture attention.

Satisfies my itch for top-down bloodlust. Although it may lack variety in terms of RPG elements, as well as having bosses that seemingly have minimal connections to the game-at-hand, the gameplay does a solid job and the soundtrack is astounding and maintains a fast-pace. A 100% completion of this game, however, meant forgoing alcoholic beverages, which was a painful pill to swallow. Tread warily.

Drunken slenderman runs through rooms with lots of guns and shooting them John Wick style while jamming to techno music.

Very enjoyable. Also I appreciate the intro being brief and to the point.

I had fun with this one, it a roguelite that take inspiration from hotline miami and a challanging rogulite that gets more and more harder the late game gets, adding new enimies and has actully fun and well design bosses. the plot takes inspiration from Leon and is actully intresting with the idea, I like this one more then hotline miami becuse it feels very challanging yet really fun
