Little Noah: Scion of Paradise

An okay-ish short game. Rogue-like element is lacking (map and enemy encounter are more or less the same, limited build variety, boring permanent upgrade), combat system is shallow, difficulty is only added by multiplying mobs hp and attack power... If you have played the original Little Noah mobile game, it could be a 6/10 for nostalgia bonus point, otherwise it's just 4/10.

i realized that this is just anime rogue legacy, it has the same problems that has. you start being able to get multiple meta upgrades per run and then the price ramps up and you can only get 1 or 2 a run. it's still fun it's just annoying

It's an anime side scroll rogue-like game, It's short game though. Enough to fill the gap when you have a break between big games you played, Not particularly too hard to get all of the achievements. Just need mental resilience to grind. The last boss on hardest difficulty is a pain to beat if you don't understand the items, so you need some luck to get that perfect combination to beat it easily. Even without luck, you can still beat it with serious effort though. All in all, it's good enough game for passing the time.

Cute and addicting 2d platformer roguelite. Played it 100% on steam deck. (+) Great artstyle and cute graphics (I believe it's the same artist of Bravely Default?) (+) Runs great on Steam Deck, with minor fps drops in some areas and when changing zones (+) Good action combat! It's a 2d platformer with 3d graphics that use a room-to-room roguelite mechanic that feels really satisfying to play. (+) There are many builds available, as well as so much content. When you clear Hard mode you unlock a ton of modes and difficulties. (+) the gameplay loop is really addicting and I always thought "one more run" (+) challenging but fair. I enjoyed the difficulty a lot to be honest (0) Ice builds are obviously way superior than other builds but every build is fun to play (0) even though it has a lot of content the game can be cleared in a few hours, but the achievements require some grinding (as expected) (-) please tell me there will be a sequel! (-) some things were not very clear from the get go and the tutorials did not go in detail but that's a minor nitpick of mine.

Fun little roguelike from Cygames, a company I'm unfortunately way too into because of Granblue Fantasy. Not the same team. Apparently used to be a mobile game and this is the updated version? For $15 get pretty solid combat and a cute story. It's no Dead Cells, but nothing is, honestly. If you like roguelikes it's worth a shot for sure to support the team.

well its a shame that the game died and no updates i had fun ... DEVS ! try adding co-op / more difficulty levels / maybe a pet training system where u can customize ur pets stats

A cute and good about little Noah. It is causal but good. Got on sale and was a good purchase. I hope they a have sequel because there are things to be improved and that would be great as make a into a great game.
